It’s something I may have heard before, but didn’t really grasp it until now. Loving yourself is loving God. What it means is that we are all a part of God, we are all God. If you love youself, you are paying God a great respect, and honoring that which he created for you, which is yourself.
Therefore, it’s very important to watch your health, as your body is your temple. Even the littlest changes in diet and routine can add up and add years to your life. I try to make little changes everyday. I don’t always stick to them, but I’m slowly getting the hang of it. Something as simple as easy and simple as meditation can provide insanely amazing health rewards, and most importantly spiritual awakening. Even things like just going for a 5 or 10 minute walk daily can seriously help you out.
I think it’s very helpful for you to make a plan, like actually write one out, that will help you day to day, that way you have clear goals about your health, and can implement them on time. If you have a plan of action, or just like what I’m saying, leave a comment!
