Being the huge spiritual advocate that I am, I’m always trying to raise my vibration and be more positive, as well as teach others to do so. Being positive is a really good how to be more positivething, and can only help you. Everyone faces challenges in life, but it’s how you react to them that determines whether or not you’ll succeed. Here are 5 ways to be more positive:

1. Replace “I can’t” with “I can”. This one takes a lot of practice, because some of us are taught to think negatively from an early age. But it’s entirely possible to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, and it will only help you in the long run!

2. Smile more. Self explanatory, but smiling is really good for your health, and helps spread the positive energy to others.

3. Look for the good in things. We get so hung up on what’s going wrong sometimes, that we forget to look at the bright side of things. In face, EVERYTHING has a plus side, you just have to train yourself to find it.

4. Do good deeds. Doing good for others will not only make you feel good, but will help them be more positive and have a better quality of life.

5. Be grateful. This goes along with number 3 really well. Instead of focusing on the “negative”, focus all of the miracles all around you and everything you DO have and are blessed with. Gratitude only brings exponentially more blessings!

There you have it…there are 5 ways to live a better, more positive life. Try to put them into practice every day, and eventually it will all become part of your good habits. If we all work on being more positive the world will eventually change for the better, which is inevitable but spreading positivity will speed it up!
